Spectrum Announces Expansion Plans for New Corporate Office

Alabaster, Alabama - May 3, 2007

Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc. proudly announced its plans to construct 25,000 square feet of office and shop space during its formal groundbreaking ceremony today. The location of its new Corporate Office is in Airpark Industrial Complex immediately east of I-65 across from the Shelby County Airport.

Spectrum Owners, Guy Manzi and Steve Castleman, addressed the gathered crowd and spoke of the 14-year history of Spectrum and their plans for future growth and expansion. Among some of those in attendance and participating in today's festivities were Paul Rogers, Chairman and Jennifer Trammell, President both representing the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and Tommy Ryals, Councilman - City of Alabaster.

Spectrum has selected Saiia Construction, LLC to provide all site work and utility construction, while Maxus Construction has been awarded the design/build contract for the new facility. December, 2007 is targeted for the ribbon cutting of the new Corporate Office.
