Responsible for initiating discussions leading to the ultimate merger of Spectrum Environmental, Inc. and MEPSCO, Inc. forming Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc. Current responsibilities include general administrative and operational needs with an emphasis on the development and implementation of a sales and marketing program specifically in the areas of waste brokerage, site remediation and equipment sales. Prior to the merger, Mr. Manzi served as President of MEPSCO, Inc. from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Manzi's broad background includes several senior management positions with Allwaste Services, Inc. and Bryson Environmental Services, Inc.

Stephen P. Castleman, P.G.

Mr. Castleman is responsible for all fiscal accounting, project coordination, quality control, and technical review. He serves on various Technical Advisory Committees related to Groundwater Assessment and Remediation; Stormwater Management and Regulatory Development; and Remedial Program Development. Prior to the formation of Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc., Mr. Castleman served in technical and managerial positions with Pilgram Producing Company, Law Engineering, Inc., and Edgil Engineering Incorporated. He is a registered Professional geologist in Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Mr. Hassler joined the staff of Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc. as a Project Manager/Geologist working primarily with commercial and industrial clients. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Hassler served as a Senior Staff geologist for Woodward-Clyde Consultants in Jackson, Mississippi and Mobile, Alabama. He is well versed in the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of geological and hydrological data. He is a registered Professional Geologist in Alabama.
